Daployi – Subscription & License Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to and purchasing a license to use Daployi (“the Service”), you (“the User”) agree to the following Subscription & License Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment or use the Service.

1. Grant of License

Upon successful payment, Daployi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with your selected subscription plan.

This license:

• Does not transfer ownership of the software

• Is valid only for the duration of an active subscription

• Is limited to the features and usage levels defined by your plan

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Daployi operates on a subscription-based model.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated at checkout)

• You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan

• Pricing, features, and availability of plans may change at any time

• Any taxes, transaction fees, or gateway charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or terminated access.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless canceled before the next billing cycle:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period

• You authorize Daployi and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for renewal

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain valid and up to date.

4. Upgrades, Downgrades & Plan Changes

You may change your subscription plan at any time through your account:

• Upgrades may take effect immediately, and you may be charged a prorated amount

• Downgrades will typically take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated

• Plan features, limits, and pricing will adjust according to the new plan

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

• Access to paid features may remain active until the end of your current subscription term

6. Refund Policy

Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a separate agreement:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started

• No refunds are provided for partial use, unused time, downgrades, or early cancellation

• Promotional or discounted plans may be subject to additional restrictions

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform

• Circumvent system limits, security features, or usage restrictions

• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or other users

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity conducted under your account

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Ensuring that your usage complies with your subscription limits

Daployi is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, Daployi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Perform maintenance or updates without notice

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service

Temporary outages, feature changes, or system updates do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Daployi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Loss of profits or revenue

• System downtime or service unavailability

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Daployi makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service

• That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted

12. Termination

Daployi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You breach these Terms

• You misuse or abuse the Service

• You fail to pay subscription fees

Termination may result in loss of access to data and services.

13. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with that policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription & License Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

16. Acceptance

By completing payment and activating your subscription, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms

• Agree to be legally bound by them

• Accept the conditions for use of the Daployi Service
